Any appointment cancellation or reschedule will require a courtesy 24 hour notice to avoid a 100% charge of scheduled service(s) to the card on file. We will only hold your appointment for 15 minutes after designated appointment time. If for some reason you show up to your appointment after 15 minutes, we will not be able to accommodate your service and you will be held responsible for the full amount of the service.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow for a stress-free check-in, changing and a little pre-treatment decompression time. Traffic can be less than heavenly on PCH and Newport Blvd due to road work and the popularity of the area. We politely ask that you plan accordingly, especially on the weekends and prime time traffic hours. Please be advised that if you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be modified and conclude at the originally scheduled time.
Our Location: We are slightly hidden. We are past the Lido Theater and Bear Flag shopping center, on the right-hand side of the street. You will see the shop SeaVees; we are two doors past SeaVees. Please click on the blue "view map" link below to see an accurate map of our location.
Parking: There is metered parking (that accepts credit cards) up and down Via Lido. On occasion, there is no metered parking available on Via Lido in which case you can go right at Via Oporto and then left onto Via Malaga. You can find ample metered parking on this street. Metered parking on Via Malaga only accepts coins. You can download the APP Parkmobile which will allow you to link a credit card and automatically feed your meter with the click of a button.
Ingredients Sensitivity and Allergies: Please make us aware of any allergies or if you are sensitive to any specific ingredients. A Little Touch of Heaven (ALTH) is a day spa in Newport Beach that goes the extra mile to offer the best and most natural skincare products. So much so that we have invented our own product line! Yup, that’s right. Our super sweet and professional estheticians and massage therapists will inform you of all the products they will use on your face and/or body to customize the best facial and/or massage that is just right for!
